Enter your pet's photo, species, breed, and other details. If your pet is already microchipped, include the microchip number for easy tracking.

Book a Vaccination or Microchipping Schedule
Choose your preferred date and time from the available schedules. After booking, a QR code will be generated — present this on-site during your visit.

Receive Email Notifications
Get notified via email for important updates — including appointment confirmations and alerts if your registered pet has been reported as seized.

Manage Everything in One Place
View your pet's complete medical history, track vaccination records, monitor your appointment history, and manage your profile anytime from the platform.

Seized pets are listed publicly on the "Help Me, I'm Lost" page. Claim your pet online in just a few steps — no hassle, no guesswork.
Two Options to claim your pet
Pick-Up
Visit the City Veterinary Office in person to claim your pet. Verify your identity and settle applicable fees on-site.
Pay & Deliver
Pay online via PayMaya and have your pet delivered right to your door. A ₱200 delivery fee applies. Available for owners with a registered email.

Go to "Help Me, I'm Lost" and find your pet
Click "Claim as Owner" and fill in your details
Choose your claiming method: Pick-Up or Pay & Deliver
Admin reviews and sends charges breakdown via email
Pay online and receive an Order of Payment PDF
